The successful candidate will provide essential support across a portfolio of healthcare accounts. They will be responsible for the planning and project management of day-to-day account activity, including pre-event support and on-site attendance at overseas meetings. They will prepare and monitor production schedules, and manage the relevant approval systems, alongside tracking and managing the financial status of assigned project budgets. The successful applicant will also liaise with clients, proactively responding to queries and agreeing actions.
To be considered for this position, you must be a highly organised individual with the proven ability to manage multiple priorities and changing deadlines. In addition, you must have the communication skills and confidence to liaise with clients and build relationships. Relevant agency experience within the healthcare communications industry is an advantage but not essential.
